The Missouri Baptist Convention is honored to serve our churches by providing biographical information on prospective ministers to inquiring congregations. Our files contain the names of ministers open to God's leadership to make staff and career changes. This, of course, is a dynamic process, which involves the spiritual disciplines of listening to God, prayer, and being continually sensitive to His guidance. We attempt to link congregations and potential candidates by matching certain basic criteria regarding education, experience, and other pertinent ministry data.
